Located on the Elk River branch of Grand Lake, there are quiet coves for kayaking & paddle boarding and great fishing close by and we are a short block from a boat ramp with parking and beach access.

This one bedroom cottage is full of natural light and it has a hot tub on private side patio, deck with a grill, fireplace, kitchenette and full size memory foam bed.
Plenty of parking for truck/boat.

“If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway this cottage is the spot! Close enough to town that you can run in if you want to, but fully furnished with everything needed to stay inside and away from the world for a while too. The back porch has a lovely view of the lake and the wooded area…I highly recommend adding the mid-morning thunderstorm if it is on offer 😉. Karin kept us informed at every turn and was quick to answer questions.”

“We had a great weekend. We ended up not bringing our boat so we spent most of our stay at the house and only a couple of hours at the lake. The hot tub was perfect! We had plenty of space for all of us. Also, everything was easy to find. Definitely would stay again!”
